Once a Google has launched 30 balloons into the stratosphere from New Zealand as it experiments with ways to bring affordable internet accesses to the word. It nickname is project loon, the internet giant is sending the super pressure balloons 12 miles up into the air, were they will sail around the glob at twice the altitude  of aero planes.
